1. Privacy of Information

Funnyshots understand that the information that you provide to us is private and confidential and will not pass on of any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties.

2. Payment

Full payment for products is required prior to delivery. An invoice will be sent to the customer during the set up process, and payment can be made by either:

1. By cash (local residents)

2. Via Direct Deposit. (Call to obtain account details)

3. Paypal via Ebay ( Go to www.ebay.com.au search 'funnyshots')

3. Proofing and Acceptance Procedures

Funnyshots will provide a final layout to the customer for approval prior to printing. Funnyshots will make every good faith effort to check and proof read deliverables thoroughly and make all necessary corrections as a result of such checking prior to sending the final proof to the customer. It will be, however, the final responsibility of the customer to ensure all copy and content is correct.

4. Errors and Omissions.

Funnyshots does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of errors or omissions after the final layout has been approved by the customer as a result of errors or omissions that correspond with the information supplied by the customer.

5. Late submissions, booking or sale

All final design changes, names or address, or other pertinent information must be supplied by the deadlines agreed. Funnyshots does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of customer not meeting their deadlines.

6. Ownership

All designs remain the property of Funnyshots.

7. Replacements and Refunds

Replacement products can be created and shipped within 5 working days in the instance whereby the product received by the customer is defective or suitably different to the product ordered. Alternatively, a full refund may be offered by Funnyshots.

8. Changing & Cancelling your Order

Orders can be changed or cancelled provided printing and assembly costs have not been incurred. This can happen any time after authorisation of the final proof. Where an order is cancelled after printing and assembly costs are incurred, the full amount is payable to Funnyshots less any shipping costs quoted.

9. Order not received

If an order is not received within an expected time,  Funnyshots  will endeavour to source information on the delivery.

10. Inability to Supply

Funnyshots  does not accept responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, flood, fire, power outs, war, riots, strikes, sabotage, terrorist action, or illness

11. Limitation of Liability

The customer agrees that it shall not hold Funnyshots or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages which arise from Funnyshots failure to provide products and services in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of Funnyshots or a third party.

12. Copyright

All designs displayed in this website are the property of Funnyshots Party Invitations. The digital file you receive is to be used strictly for personal reasons and not be be used in conjuction with any resale of the design or elements within the design. Due to Character Copyright restrictions, all designs can be used for one time only and for personal use such as birthday parties.
